Email is the best channel for a request that needs an application or payment record. If I cannot answer the phone, please email me.
Applications and admission
Applying to the program is free. I review applications before sending a payment link. Submitting an application does not create a charge or activate a paid membership.
If you have not received the update described on the application page, check your spam folder and email me from the address you used to apply. Include the approximate submission date; you do not need to submit the form again.
Program access
If you have paid and are missing access or onboarding instructions, send the email used for the purchase and the payment date. I will check the payment and your access details.
For trouble with the practice exam or this website, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your browser or device. A screenshot without personal or payment details can help.
Payments and invoices
Payments made through a Stripe payment link are processed by Stripe. Contact me about what the payment covers, a missing invoice, a duplicate charge or a payment you do not recognise.
Include the email used for payment, the transaction date, amount and currency, and a receipt or invoice reference if you have one. Never email a full card number, CVC, password or bank verification code.
Cancellations, refunds and complaints
Send your request to contact@szymonpaluch.com with the service name, purchase date, a short description and the outcome you are requesting. I will review it against the terms that applied to your purchase and applicable law.
This contact page explains how to request help. The cancellation, renewal, delivery and refund conditions are set out in the terms provided for the particular service before payment. This page does not limit your statutory rights.
Personal data and privacy
Use the same email address for a request to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or stop marketing emails. Please identify the service or form involved so I can locate the relevant record.
