I started coding in high school and earned a BEng from AGH in 2014.
I co-founded Riot Agency, which Diagnostyka later acquired and renamed Diagnostyka Digital Hub. As CTO of uPacjenta, I helped build its telehealth platform and in-house tech team.
At Golem Network I led strategy and positioning for decentralised compute for AI, working alongside the CPO and CTO on product direction.
Now I help companies ship AI from strategy to a working system. I am a Claude Certified Architect (Foundations) and hold the Claude Partner Badge — Claude Code.

Riot Agency was incorporated in 2017 and later acquired by Diagnostyka. The agency built Diagnostyka's online shop and patient test-results system. I served on its management board from 2017 and as vice-president from 02/2022 to 06/2023.

Value gets created by building, not by presenting. I'd take a scrappy prototype over a beautiful deck any day.
Technical Founders Win
To lead tech, you have to understand tech. You can't manage what you don't understand.
AI is a tool, not magic
AI doesn't fix broken processes. If a process is broken without AI, it'll be broken with AI.
Measure or guess
Without metrics you don't know if something works. And if you don't know, you're guessing. I don't like guessing.
Transparency builds trust
I tell you straight what I see. Even when it's not what you want to hear. Especially then.
Done > Perfect
A working MVP beats a perfect Figma design. Ship, measure, iterate.
