An AI practitioner on your company's stage.

Not the academic nobody understands. Not another AI talker who never shipped anything. Founder of Diagnostyka Digital Hub, ex-CTO of uPacjenta and Head of Strategy at Golem Network — I explain AI so it actually sticks with your team and your board.

Why me

Not a theorist. Not a hype-man. A practitioner.

Most AI talks end the same way: the room nods along, and nobody knows what to do on Monday. Because on stage there's either someone who understands AI but can't say it — or someone who can talk but has never shipped a thing.

Not the academic

AI wrapped in jargon and formulas, slides dense as a research paper. The room checks out after five minutes.

Not the hype-man

Another speaker preaching the "AI revolution" who never shipped anything. Lots of emotion, zero "how do we actually do this".

A practitioner who speaks business

I've built, sold and scaled technology — a software house with a successful exit (acquired by Diagnostyka), a telehealth platform with 80k users, AI products inside the global Golem Network. I talk about AI in the language of business decisions, not Wikipedia definitions.

Every talk ends with a decision — not just a discussion.

Topics

What I talk about on stage

I tailor every topic to your industry, AI maturity and event goal. Below are the most requested — all available for boards, leadership and whole teams.

01

AI in your company — what actually works

What actually works, what's hype, and where to start — no fluff.

  • The real state of AI in 2026, not vendor marketing
  • Where the money is in your company, and where the traps are
  • The first three steps worth taking right away
Board · whole company
02

From pilot to scale

Why most AI projects die after the pilot — and how to be one that survives.

  • What actually kills AI rollouts
  • A model for moving from PoC to production
  • How to measure ROI so the board stops guessing
Board · tech & ops leaders
03

Agentic AI 2026

Autonomous agents are entering companies. Here's what changes for your processes and people.

  • What AI agents really are (and aren't)
  • Which processes change first
  • How to prepare the organization and teams
Board · operations directors
04

AI governance: how not to lose a million

AI without control is a risk. EU AI Act, data and security — in plain language.

  • Where AI exposes the company to real losses
  • EU AI Act and GDPR without the legalese
  • A framework that lets you move fast, safely
Board · risk · compliance
05

Leadership in the age of AI

Six roles leadership must take on to avoid falling behind.

  • How the leader's role shifts when AI does part of the work
  • What you must never delegate to a machine
  • How to guide a team through change without panic
Leadership · HR · team leaders

AI for your industry

I adapt every topic to your sector — manufacturing, finance, healthcare, logistics, retail. Examples and case studies from your world, not generic talk.

Don't see your topic? Tell me the outcome you want at your event — I'll build a talk around your goal. Check availability →

Formats

Ways I can present

From a short power speech at a gala to a full-day team workshop. Pick a format for your event — we'll fine-tune the rest in a call.

Keynote / Talk

30–60 min

Opening or closing, main stage

Energy plus substance. The headline session that sets the tone for the whole event.

Power speech

15–25 min

Employee gathering, gala, kick-off

Short, punchy format. One idea delivered so it sticks long after the event.

Panel discussion

20–60 min

Conference, debate, board meeting

As panelist or moderator. A clear point of view instead of polite platitudes.

Training / Workshop

half day – full day

Team, department, leadership

Practical, hands-on format. People leave with tools they'll use the next day.

How I work

No recycled decks. Every talk built for you.

A call before the event

First I understand your industry, AI maturity, challenges and the event's goal. Only then do I build the talk.

Content tailored to you

No recycled slides. Examples and case studies from your world, for your specific audience.

A simple rider

A projector, a mic and HDMI — that's it. I'm there early and flexible on alternatives. No diva moves.

PL / EN, online or live

I speak Polish or English, from a studio or on your stage. I've spoken in Tokyo and across Poland.

Working with agencies

I work with event agencies — to the client's brief, with simple logistics and clear agency-to-stage communication.

Szymon Paluch
Who's speaking

Szymon Paluch

Product & Engineering Leader · ex-CTO · AI practitioner

I started coding in high school and studied electronics at AGH, but building products always mattered more than the diploma.

I founded a software house and sold it to Diagnostyka. As CTO of uPacjenta I built a team from zero to 25 and a telehealth platform with 80k users. At Golem Network I led product strategy for a global AI infrastructure network.

Today I help companies adopt AI without the consulting bullshit — and I talk about it from the stage. I speak about what I actually built, not what I read.

FAQ

Before you write

How far in advance should I book? +
Ideally 4–6 weeks, but reach out even if the event is close — we can often make it work.
Online or live? +
Both. I can present from a studio or come to your stage, in Poland and abroad.
Polish or English? +
Both languages. I've spoken in Tokyo in English and on many stages across Poland.
How much does it cost? +
The fee depends on format, location and prep scope. Reach out for an individual quote — the intro call is free.
Will you tailor the topic to our company? +
Always. No recycled talks — I prepare every one for your industry, audience and event goal.
Is this a disguised pitch for your consulting? +
No. From the stage you get knowledge and specifics — no pitching of my services. I leave the selling outside the room.
