- Delivery date: 20 November 2026.
- Consumer: a natural person entering into the contract for purposes not directly related to their business or profession. Consumer rules on withdrawal and on conformity of digital content also apply to a sole trader where the contract is not professional in nature for them (Polish Consumer Rights Act).
2. What you buy
The pack is unofficial prep material, not authorized or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC, and contains no real exam questions. It does not include exam access or registration, exam fees (paid to Anthropic) or the benefits of the Certified AI Consultant Program (such as its community, exam access through its partner organisation or its retake guarantee), and it does not guarantee a pass. The free practice exams on this website stay free and are not part of the pack.
Members of the Certified AI Consultant Program receive the pack as part of their membership. Buying the pack does not make you a member of the program.
- Digital prep materials for four Claude certification exams: Claude Certified Associate – Foundations, Claude Certified Developer – Foundations, Claude Certified Architect – Foundations and Claude Certified Architect – Professional.
- Right after payment: 236 practice questions with answers and explanations (60 for Associate, 53 for Developer, 60 for Architect – Foundations, 63 for Architect – Professional).
- By the Delivery date: a written, self-paced course with at least one lesson for each domain of Anthropic's published exam guide for each of the four exams (27 domains as of 23 October 2026); at least 25 new practice questions per exam, at least 100 in total, with answers and explanations; and a preparation guide covering how the exams work, 2-week and 4-week study plans and an exam-day checklist. These are still being written, which is why the pack is sold as a pre-order until then. A purchase made after the Delivery date includes the whole pack right away.
- All materials are in English. These are minimums: the pack may contain more. Updates made during the access period are included, but none is promised.
3. Contract, access and delivery
The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds on the Stripe payment page. The Seller issues an invoice for the payment through Stripe.
Within minutes of payment the Seller emails a personal access link to the address given at payment. The link opens the pack in a web browser and needs no account. It opens the content available at the time of payment; the remaining content is added there by the Delivery date. Delivered content can also be downloaded as files, so the Buyer keeps a copy.
Access lasts 12 months from the purchase date. It is personal to the Buyer and may not be shared. It ends when the purchase is refunded.
The Seller confirms the contract by email, with these terms, the Delivery date, the refund rule and the consent the Buyer gave at payment (section 6).
If the Seller cannot meet the Delivery date, it tells Buyers by email before that date and proposes a new one. Until the remaining content is delivered, any Buyer may ask for a full refund (section 5), and a consumer's statutory rights are not limited.
4. Price, VAT and payment
The price is the one shown in the offer and on the Stripe payment page at the time of payment, in US dollars or Polish złoty. It is the total you pay: VAT, where it is due, is included in it, and Stripe shows it separately on the invoice. A business in another EU country that provides a valid EU VAT number pays the same amount, without VAT (reverse charge).
Payment is made in full, in advance, on the Stripe payment page. From 21 November 2026 the pack sells at the launch price shown in the offer, which is higher than the pre-order price.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You provide card and other payment details directly to Stripe. See the privacy policy for details.
5. Full refund before delivery
Until the remaining content is delivered to the Buyer (by the Delivery date at the latest, or by the new date proposed under section 3), any Buyer, consumer or business, may ask for a full refund without giving a reason, also after receiving access to the existing question sets. Write to contact@szymonpaluch.com from the email address used for payment. The Seller refunds the whole amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method, and withdraws the Buyer's access. The contract then ends.
This refund is given voluntarily and goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal described in section 6.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. It is enough to send a statement to contact@szymonpaluch.com before that period ends, for example on the model form below. The Seller refunds the whole amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method.
At payment the consumer expressly requests immediate access to the content available at that time and delivery of the remaining content when it is ready, also within the withdrawal period, and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost for content once it has been delivered. Until the remaining content is delivered, the full refund in section 5 is available regardless.

7. Rules of use
- The pack is for the Buyer's personal use only. It may not be published, resold or shared with third parties.
- The practice questions are the Seller's own and are not questions from real exams. The Buyer follows the certifying vendor's exam rules, including the ban on disclosing exam questions.
8. Complaints
Send complaints about the pack or a payment to contact@szymonpaluch.com. Include the email used for payment, a description of the problem and the outcome you are requesting. The Seller replies within 14 days.
The Seller is liable to consumers for the conformity of the digital content with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. If the pack does not conform, a consumer may demand that it be brought into conformity and, under the conditions set out in that Act, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. These terms do not limit those rights.
Consumers in Poland may seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the regional Trade Inspection office. Consumers elsewhere may contact their national consumer body. Using these routes is voluntary.
9. Liability
The Seller is liable for proper performance of the contract under general rules. Towards Buyers who are not consumers, the Seller's liability is limited to the price paid, except for damage caused intentionally. This limitation does not apply to consumers.
10. Final provisions
Personal data is processed in line with the privacy policy.
The contract is governed by Polish law. A consumer from another country keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence. These terms are available in Polish and English; if the two versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
