Who fits

  • You build software, and you have shipped something with Claude or another LLM API.
  • You can work with clients in English.
  • You can show it: a GitHub, a LinkedIn profile or a CV with real projects on it.

Questions before you apply

Does applying cost anything? +

No. Applying is free and commits you to nothing. You pay for membership only after acceptance, through the payment link we send by email.

What are the admission criteria? +

We look for people who have shipped a language-model solution and can work with clients in English. Include a link to a repository, CV or profile describing your projects. We may decline an application. Readiness for client project work is assessed separately.

Which countries do you accept applications from? +

Any. What counts is your experience and whether you can work with clients in English, not where you live.

Which exams do I get access to? +

Today, all four Anthropic certifications: Claude Certified Associate Foundations, Claude Certified Developer Foundations, Claude Certified Architect Foundations and Claude Certified Architect Professional. You can sit more than one exam, and each one is paid separately.

Is the exam fee included in membership? +

No. You pay for membership and the exam separately. Membership includes study materials, live sessions, Discord and exam access through our partner organization. When a suitable client brief arrives, we may invite you to a project after a separate profile assessment. You pay Anthropic for the exam at its listed prices. In September 2026, those prices range from $99 to $175.

What is the exam like? +

Anthropic exams are proctored and delivered by Pearson VUE. The certificate is issued by Anthropic, not by us, so it is the same certificate that employees of other partner companies earn.

What if I fail the first time? +

You can retake it after Anthropic’s required waiting period. The exam fee applies again. Program materials cover four paths; the public mock covers Architect Foundations (CCAR-F) only.

How does the two-month subscription work? +

Membership is paid for two months upfront. The subscription renews automatically for further two-month periods. Your first payment is only after acceptance into the program. Two months give you time to study, take the practice exam and sit the certification exam.

How do people get onto projects? +

Before project work, we separately assess the consultant’s profile and experience. When a brief arrives, we select people based on the client’s needs and their availability. Admission to the collective does not guarantee assignments.

Do I have to take your practice exam first? +

No. The public test is free and needs no account. It has 60 original questions for Architect Foundations, and its result shows mistakes across the five CCAR-F domains. It does not assess the other paths or predict your official exam result.

What happens after I apply? +

Your application reaches our team. If we accept you, you get an email with the next steps and a payment link. Nothing is charged before that.
